Property is strategically located on the way to Genting highlands and has quite a few eateries, grocery stores, mamak shops and a pub that opens till late at night which is nice. Balcony boasts a splendid mountain view but the bar at the balcony is not the cleanest (not a deal breaker tho). We just made a make shift balcony seating area with kitchen chairs and voila, we have a mini balcony overlooking the mountains. Bed was a tad small - my only complain here (but still, ok to overlook for us as it’s not a major deal breaker). Me and my partner are ~1.75m so the large bed doesn’t seem very fitting of description. It also has THE MOST (I repeat, not one of, but THE MOST) seamless carpark validation experience I’ve had - my partner agreed with me on this as well. There was no need to head to lobby to get it validated or go through any machines. We just had to show our room card to the guards and we’d be on our way out! This is the icing on the cake for Swiss Garden. Would definitely rebook If I’m revisiting.

Technician arrive sooner after we report at receptionist and after technician checked, the heater issue with power trip that need to replace some part and we had been advise to change another room but we decided to stay as tomorrow checkout. Good receptionist name Sofiyatul and the technician guy. Thank you both of you to attend our need. Evening reception name Amirul, when we came to front desk no greeting and no eye contact after we ask where is the nearest convenient shop. Seems too busy with his thing. Finally, found the mart outside the entrance next building. Internet wifi connections at top notch. Maintain and good. TV channel as describe very clear view. Breakfast ok. Swimming pool we cannot go due to heavy rain. Recommended to those wanted to stay at Genting.

The room was comfortable to stay in, nice, and neat. I got the highest level with a nice view/weather and love the big balcony they have. Just wish they could provide outdoor table and chairs too. Breakfast was included in the package, and they served variety food selections for you to enjoy. But I gotta rate that 5/10 for the overall taste. Hotel is in great location to find many eateries spot and convenience stores outside.

What I like most about Swiss-Garden Hotel Genting Highlands is the serene atmosphere and stunning mountain views. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the busy city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff is genuinely welcoming and attentive. I also appreciate the range of amenities, including a beautiful pool and modern fitness center, which make for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

a few great things about the place - excellent facilities. - covered parking on site - large room - room has all the toiletries necessary for a great stay. - very friendly staff - comfortable bed. - room has heavy curtains to keep the room dark.
